Oral history
A core function of Haraguchi Level Field will be conducting and recording interviews with various knowledgeable individuals on the activities of Noriyuki Haraguchi. We are confident that interviewing those who shared the artist’s creative vision, gathering lively anecdotes from throughout his career up to his death in 2020, plus observations on his works and artistic thinking, will lead to a wider understanding of Haraguchi’s creative activities, not only via the historical record, but also the knowledge and testimony of a diverse cast of commentators.
